so, when you open the withe template, is only a Layer ... that layer you make Multiply ... the Duplicate him ... the Duplicated Layer you make Screen, and set the brigthness -100 and contrast 0 twice ... 
... if you don`t understand, there is a topic ... PSP kitmaking tutorial ... and there i was post a link, with a video tutorial ... and in the start of tutorial, is that trick :P
EDIT: and if you use that trick, you can use the 0;0;0 black, and the template it will be visible ... :P
