I can't convert these kits for some reason, But I can on others. They load on the Import option and stuff for 2 seconds, But then they don't appear in the game.

That's because tlmily has saved them as 32 bit bitmaps. These don't work. They must be 24-bit.

Use photoshop or another similar program and "save as" 24 bit...then they will work for you.
