Well yes thats what I use I think a normal text editor might even work.

Right now I have the game changed to a new one I dont have that stupid shooting where you can make goals all the time.

Also changed the dribbling : )

and added some more ball gravity.

The game is good : )

Ohh and the original release will have most of the options edited THE ONES BITCHING THIS IS A DEMO AND I LOVE THE AI AND POSITONING OF THE PLAYERS.

Where can i get edit plus? And did you changed config.dat?

Thats where edit plus is after you downloaa and install the filr you open PROGRAMFILES/EASPORTS/FIFA 2004 DEMO

ok after this you should see a file called config( Configuration )Right click on it with you mouse and choose open with and then find editplus thats it.

THEN TUNE THE VALUES

or simply drop the config file into editplus after youve opened edit plus

Thanks, i managed to see the config.dat clearly.

just edit the values pointed out

example (from the original config.dat)

SHOT_POWERUP_RATE = 40
NïEAR_SHOT_SPEED_FACTOR = 0.85
MID_SHOT_SPEED_FACTOR = 0.9
LONG_ïSHOT_SPEED_FACTOR = 0.95


just change the values and save them if ya want to slowen down the shooting power up rate (power bar) just change that 40 up there to something between 40 and 10 untill you like it.....

the sam goes for all just dont go down to single numbers like 1,2,3,4 etc cause it might make your game crash ....

after changing the values just save and exit jump in the game

hýmm uninstall(after uninstalling it delete every thing left over after the uninstallation) which is

PROGRAMFILES(NOT THIS !!!!!! : )/EA SPORTS/FIFA 2004 DEMO(THIS FOLDER)

and install again then go

PROGRAMFILES/EA SPORTS/FIFA 2004 DEMO

IN THE FIFA 2004 DEMO FOLDER THERE IS A FILE NAME CONFIG

OPEN IT WITH EDIT PLUS YOU CANT MISS IT.
