hello fede ,
i just downladed the neogf tool yesterday . iam learning this superb tool but i could not figure that what was the" target text file". i dont know where it is . i extracted thre rav files but i could not figure out what was the "target text file" and what it was . btw fede after finding the target text file , will i will able to edit the faces ? thx very much in advance !!!

Hi Rahul.
Well even if I'm not a face maker and I don't know about editing ravs, I can tell you that if you're using XP to fix the Rhino exporting problem you'll have to create a ref_file. (read the great HELP file made by Diego).
And yes you'll able to edit ravs such as Faces, Stadiums, etc...

I forgot to say what the target Text File is...
Well, you have to destinate the folders where the:
Rav, Fsh, Txt, Big and References files are going to be places.
For example, you open the NeoGF Tool, and then the face.big and extract the face 'face217.fsh' it's going to save it into the folder destinated to save FSH files...
well, it's the same, for the txt, as you probably know, you'll save it from rhino as CVS file and then converting it to TXT finally import the txt back to the rav.

it's hard, so read the tutorials and help files from Diego.
