That's not the new Valencia kit :/ It's a special kit used in only 1 game
"The special Valencia Adidas Kit honors the kit worn in 1979 and will be only used in one match."

Am new to fifa editing software and i have been told cs 14 is really effective but i want to know the full name and possibly the download link.any help?

They do have custom fonts and numbers, but I haven't been able to make them yet :/ It's very hard, because there are no good photos. I just use the default ones set by EA.
