of course, my plan if your interested would be for you to run the fifa98 section of sportgaming, this would not mean you working entirely on your own on the section, I am planning on working generally over all sections if I can find enough people to get involved

anyway, don't suppose u use msn, as if you do then I'll get you sorted with an admin account etc at the site

the 3 best FIFA games are

1. World Cup '98 - probably the FIFA game i had the most fun with

2. FIFA 2000 - felt it was quite unique, shame i have windows 2000 so i cant play it

3. FA Premier League Stars 99-00 - felt it was again difffernt and i enjoyed it a lot when it was out

fifa has gone downhill fast since FIFA 2001 the games now have to much need for correct kits then being playable (the shooting system gets worse every year), best football game for PC ? Sensible Soccer 98 European Club Edition :)

For me the FIFAs were always the worst....the Euros, World Cups, Fa Premier, were far better....

1. FA Premier League Stars (2000 or 2001 I don't remember well....but i have the cd, I will look, is that one which had little 3D cartoons of the players, when you buy them with stars....) man, that for me is the best EA Sports game ever.

2. Euro 2000 - Very good game too....I played it for long.

3. World Cup 98 - Great Game.

4. UEFA CL 2005 - For long the FIFAs have been disappointing me, but with this one I have fun the way i've never had with EA since FA Stars 2001..... this game deserves a place, hehehehe

in all of the new fifa titles released, fifa 2005 is the best at fifa's level, but its still horrible as a soccer game and won't even come close to WE8

out of all fifa games, fifa 98 is the best one..no doubt

very interesting that you should say that mate

personally I could never get n with the stars series, I found it too unresponsie, and simply not editable enough, the only thing I was able to edit was the kits, but I simply didn;t want a game stuck in 1 season, i'm still playing fifa98 and 99 now, but i am in the current season, and i'm loving it.

i must admit, the stadiums in the stars game were amazing, just wonder why they never used them in fifa :(

Awesome Klobb, those are my top 3 also, even Fifa 99 on N64, i've still frigin got it, frigin owns !!! :rockman:

I´ve only played the Fifas but as far as they go I´ve always thought 2003 was the best. I liked the Qualification setup. Also the stadia and the field looked great. Nice gameplay. 2004 for me was always rather stiff. I don´t know why. The gameplay was nice sometimes with the passing but it seemed bad with free kicks. I liked 2000 and 1999 as well.
