I'm playing FIFA 14, and I want to ask you @nikolapfc89 if I for example used CG tool and opened a wipe_16_container_10.rx3 and deleted the old league logo and imported a new PNG format to the .rx3, would it work?

Use CG File Explorer 16. There is option to convert mp4 to vp8 format (intro format).
