tournament and manager mode crash pls help

everytime in try to play tournament mode or manager mode my game crashes i have put in patches for leagues and i edited the champions league by changing the teams in the qualifying rounds and i renamed the champions league and uefa cup i also created an asian champions league tournament but i deletd it
i dont know where ive gone wrong pls help me

could someone send me an original unedited version of manager mode if that would help my game?

You need to make a clean re-installation of FIFA 09 if you didn't back up your database.

Do you know that you have to start a new manager mode in case you've made any changes through patches, editing etc. You can continue your earlier career only if you had kept a backup of your fifa.db file and restored it

even if i try to start a new manager mode it still crashes

U should have made a complete backup before any editing, my friend. Anyways you can always do a fresh install. it wont long to install the patches that you've mentioned.
