Tournament or Manager mode?

What do most of you guys play: tournament or manager mode?

I played a few seasons in manager mode but I've reverted to just tournament mode----I don't like dealing with contracts and unhappy fans, I just want to play football.

i play manager mode coz i love building up the cash to pull of a big transfer

manager mode id great you just have to know how to play it properly

I like the tournament mode more because I play all the leagues and then create my own champions league and uefa cup. The only disadvantage that you can't see the scores from the other games in tournament mode but you can use calendar in manager mode to see the other scores in the league.

Talking about the Champions League---is there a way to set up a 'Champion's League with 2 Group Stages. I set one up and for some reason I couldn't get 2 group stages, only one.
