I've posted this in training section but got no reply. plz help

I am new to CM4 so pardon me if my questions sounds stupid but i have to ask them to understand the game better.

1. in CM4, how can i identify the areas in which the player is improving or degrading?

2. if a player improves in a skill, will his stat change?
3. how long does it take for training to show its effects?
4. which attributes of a coach are important for fast development of a player?
5.can each player has his own separate training schedule? if yes, how? (someone replied this to me earlier but i could not understand it.)

3. it takes about a couple of seasons before you can really see the affect, that is if you have an effective schdule.

4.'Coaching outfield players' and 'Working with youngsters'.

5. You create a schedule as you would.
Then go to the screen where you can see how the players are responding to their training and below where there is 1st team and reserves and gk schedules in blue, youll see all the schdules you have created in green, clikck and drag them next to the player in question.

1. The stats will rise or fall.

2. Yes, the stat will rise slowly, if the training is effective for that skill. (neglecting a skill will see its stat drop)

3. Depends on the coaches and the players in the schedule you use.

you see THATS how to phrase a bloody question. He elabourated on the situation so we new he was new to CM4 (not 0304 or 0102) and he neatly presented his questions.

Thank you
