Training Schedule help (FM2005)

I've been using a few solid training schedules that have brought my Aldershot team decent success, winning the Conference and after 16 matches, being 9th in League Two. However, I recently added a new schedule (I made it manually, no importing) and for some reason, it took the name of an existing schedule. So I have two training schedules called "DefensiveMid", when I want one called "DefensiveMid" and the other to be "PlaymakerAMC". Obviously, in the Assignments, this gets very confusing. I've tried deleting the second version of DefensiveMid, and it does it, but now every time I try to make a new tactic, it takes the name of the tactic on the screen. I've tried renaming the new tactics and the old tactics, but no matter what, it won't change in the Assignment screen, which is where it really matters.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have a bunch of training schedules, obviously each with their own unique name. However, I went to make a new one and the name (no matter what I tried to do... renaming, deleting and remaking....) appeared as the same as one of my previous schedules. So in my list I had...

ScheduleA
ScheduleB
ScheduleC
ScheduleD

Then I tried to make ScheduleE from scratch, and once I Confirmed the schedule, I went to the Assignment page to put a few of the players to that schedule. However, my options were...

Obviously, it's very confusing. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem, and if so, how they fixed the problem. I've deleted schedules, tried to rename them, and deleted both the duplicate and original schedules to try to start fresh, but the problem keeps occuring.
