Training schedules

I`ve found some training schedules to download on "cm gamer network". Does anybody know how to install them in the game????

How do you set up your coaches? for example how many coaches should train shooting, how many should train skills, how many areas can one coach do at the same time?

I could really do with some training tips.

One coach can do all the areas at one time. Look at the coach's stats to see where to put them. Obviously if a coach has very little tactical knowledge, don't assign him to tactics. There is also a 'coaching style' description i.e. general, technique-based, fitness-based, etc. this could also help in assigning coaches. On the other hand, random clicking might give you the best results

So, I can let all my coaches do for example fittness at the same time. I think that I`ve read somewhere that one coach should not work in moore than 3 areas and no moore than 3 coaches working with the same area.

I think it would be a good idea to spread out the work between the coaches. I haven't experienced any unrest within the squad as a result of having too many coaches in one area. However, if you are managing a small club eg. Darlington or Rushden, you will not be able to get quality coaches. I'd much rather have three average coaches than five poor ones. Then it may be necessary to make your coaches work in more than three areas.
