My 27 year old AM gained his fifth in tackling today...that means he's got following SC Ratings

Keeper: 5.65
Defender: 5.25
Anchor man: 5.06
Midfielder: 5.65
Winger: 4.95
Forward: 5.35

I love this guy.

where to next? possibly speed? or keep him on shooting and wait another 2 months until he gains another ball (if he's not maxed) :confused:

Silas finally gets his 5th shooting.



First I'll check he can go up to 6 (if he can't, then it's stupid - he's only 15 so in real life wouldn't stop improving his skills).

Then I'll alternate stamina and speed to get it up to 4 each while he's still young.

I don't think players should be able to max at anything until they are over a certain age. Maybe 20, 21 or something.

At least if he's maxed I'll have something to write my next zone article about!

But Ash, if that happened, people would just train all their players to 10 in something like shooting, or keeping whilst they're young, then do all the other skills later...

Anyway, my 19 year old ex youth gained his 7th tackling ball today. At last. He's been training ages I swear. Gonna see if he's maxed, which is likely, and then move him onto ball control and then passing.
