transfer club teams in world cup 2022 fifa 23 mode

Hello! I would like to unlock all missing national teams from men World Cup dlc and women World Cup dlc that do not appear in vanilla game and put them to Men's/Women's national section.
But national teams from World Cup mode(s) aren't in the initial original database, probably because they come after as DLC, but I still can't find dlc teams via RDBM tool which is the main editor tool I use.

@Mixer , Hi, I know that the topic is old, but you managed to find some way for it? I would also like to unlock all representations in FIFA 23, and I don't know how to do it. Thanks in advance.
