Transfer FIFA 05 to 2nd Hard Drive? HELP!

Can anyone help me? I installed new cpu + Motherboard and 2nd hard drive. Now I can't access Fifa 05 off the old hard drive. Tried to drag and drop all Fifa files to 2nd drive, but game hangs when cd starts loading.

Can I save my 'Career' file, reinstall Fifa 05 and drop the saved career file into the new install?

Where would I insert the career file?

I really really don't want to lose my 4 season career, but it looks like a fresh installl is a start.

Hope someone can help me! I'm desperate to start playing again! Thanks!

yes u can , u can just save ur settings including ur career inside your Documents Folder
That folder contains all the careers, replays, and settings from your game.

After you install it again , just overwrite the original folder
for the one u saved (H)

It says "Error: Cannot copy or read source file"

I think I have a jumper setting problemon my hard drives, but all I want to do is put my old career files into the new install on the other hard drive.

Any thoughts Chillspot??

So your saying that you have FIFA installed on the new HD and it works fine, but you can't get your saved games?

Just go to the folder in your old HD My Documents\ FIFA 2005 and paste the folder into the same location on your new HD.

Ok, I have pasted all my saved careers and games into the new HDD's folder "My Documents>FIFA 2005" I can see them there.

Have I done this correctly?

Here's hoping!
