Transfer Mods, please help.

Not so long I was desperately looking for a mod to fix the unrealistic transfers in the game and I found a few on this website. I can't remember the names of the mods or the maker, but there were two that I downloaded. One made big transfers far less frequent, the other made it so the amount of money for transfers you get at the end of the year depended on the amount of goals you completed.

All of these mods worked perfectly, but since I had to reinstall the game I lost it all and have searched the forums here, but can't find them. Anybody know where I can find them?
