transfer update

hi guys

i've got a problem!
i'd like to play with a transfer update, but all i download don't work! i install them correctly but nothing changes ingame! i'm really desperate! can somebody help me? thx

you need to either delete your my squads folder in my documents/fifa 09 folder
& reset your squads in fifa 09/team management.

i did all this steps: 1. downloaded file 2. opened it with winrar 3. copied into computer/programmes/ea sports/ fifa09 / data / cmn! then deleted my squads and reseted my squads! and it still doesn't work! i have no idea why! did i do something wrong?
