Transfering A Game - Help Me !!

hi

i just got a new computer, and i thought it would be a pity not to pursue one of my best games ever on CM.

so i figures if i just copied the file of my game in user data > games and loaded it up onto my new computer, i could play CM with this game without any problem.

however, when i launch CM and select this game, it starts loading until about one third where it closes because of lack of memory. however, this can't be possible because the game run on my old computer which was much slower.

my question is : how can i transfer a game from one comp to another ?

well... with 4.0.8 i can load my game properly now... but i get the "widget has no LAYOUT" bug if i try to modify my team during a match... arrrrggh

Try burn the Game on a CD-rom and then load the CD-rom in your new PC and then play,that should work.it worked for me thought

Yes, and copy the rest of the files that were in the "user data" folder as well. Might as well make use of the hard work you did in the past.

how in the **** do i get by this "widget has no LAYOUT" problem.... i've read on the net of several people encountering it, but have no read about the actual, proper solution.

i have not, indeed, loaded up my tactic.

BUT, the widget has no layout crash i have if i upgrade to 4.0.8 occurs even when i just launch a quick start, as i've done around 65000000000 times since yesterday to see if it was finally working..

so, does anyone the solution to this bug?

Try changing to another skin, that might work.

Tradition, Traditional Blue and "Ter" don't work as skins. any skin you would recommend?

If traditional doesn't work, it won't help. Did you do anything else to the installation, except patching?
