Transferring Players

Ok a bit of a newbie question, but hey.

Thought id finally get round to doing the Chelski Revolution, but im really confused...how would i for example get Claude Makelele into the Chelsea team, without swapping him for Jo Keenan, thus having Keenan in the Real Madrid midfield?
I dont want two Makelele's either (at Chelski and Real)
How do i do it properly?

You need to unlock the transfer/swap player option in the PE shop, then you can trade players bewteen clubs without losing or doubling of players. In my opinion its the most important tool in the PE shop. Get in there son!

ive got that, but i can only find i can swap players - not just move them one way...or am i missing something?

Swap Makelele with one of the "Unregistered" slots in the Chelsea list. If Makelele's in the first eleven in the Real Madrid squad, you'll need to swap him with one of the reserves first before doing that... Hope this helps

Sorry, to clarify:

1. Swap Makelele with one of the players at the bottom of the Real Madrid squad.

2. Swap Makelele (he should now be near the bottom of the Real list) with one of the slots in the Chelsea list which says "Unregistered"
