hey guys try this if ur havin problems with gameplay or menu lags.... when u open up fifa 08, pres ctrl alt del to open task manager. look in the processes for fifa 08.exe, right click it, and set priority from normal to above normal. i did it and it removed the lags completely! let me kno how it works for u guys....

This is the way i play most of the games but in fifa07 when i do that and go back to the game the controllers are completely messed up. I click left the player goes to the right, i shoot the player passes.

nope i havent had this problem.. thats weird. you can also try and set affinity for fifa 08.. jus do the same thing as setting priority, but instead go to set affinity. click a different core than the one thats used. it also cuts the lag.. give it a shot.
