That's good, what program do you use to import the graphics and to rebuild the fat and bh? I used fifafs 4.8 to import, fatgui and genbh, and fatbhbuilder to rebuild, one of those must provoke the penalties crash, didn't find out which one yet, but maybe I can rule out some if you used one or more of the same programs.

I found the culprit, it was a custom cfg_pc_h.ini file I downloaded on a german site that fixed the stuttering on ATI graphic cards, I replaced it by the default one and penalties worked again, lol unfortunately now it stutters more again also.

Search for those textline in cfg_pc_h.ini

RENDER_RATE_MODE = 7

and change to

RENDER_RATE_MODE = 2

You can also try to open the Game in Windowed mode,



that help perfect for me and i got only a low cast graphic card: Radeon 9250

Understand me right, i have a lot of respect for this work, but its looks like that you working on too much programms together, why you not finshed a tool and then release another ? if i went to Fifa Web Portal i see since 4 Days:
will be back within the next 24 hours. Stay tuned.

some of you wont belive this is FIFA screenshot, but actually it is, it's turf imported using brand new technology [which hasnt been named yet :)] ...aslo feel is better while playing on high detailed turf, and by the way, TESTED - it doesent slow gameplay at all :)!

yep! It's safe, tested on 7 different configurated PC's and it works perfeclty on low and high specs :)

i didnt named this technology yet, but i'm thinking of TurfRevo07 name! :)
