Tutorial on how to create a new league 4 tornament [REQ]

Anyone knows if there is a good tutorial with examples on how to make a new league.
I'v tried making meistriliiga , edited the files in compdata (compobj , tasks etc...), but when i select "new torunament" the game crashes , of course i'm interested only in tournament , i know that in career is not possible .
