i think socceraccess have quite a good face one. But i find the best kit one is one fifa uruguay. It is down the bottom of the download section under tutorials.

Go to www.fifaoceania.com then to the downloads/tutorials section, they got a good one there that has a tutorial plus kits, but i could write one for you if you really need help but you'd have to tell me which program you use because I use Photoshop.
