HELP - worldwide online survey about 'Dexter'

Hi there,

I am Maik from Germany and in the middle of my master thesis. Therefore I'm having an online survey about the television show "Dexter" and would be more than happy, if you could help me! It only takes about 10-15 minutes and is about the show in general an it's main character Dexter Morgan. There are no spoilers of course, but lots of Dexter-goodies to win!

Last ever "Ashes to Ashes" this past Friday, absolutely brilliant and a really good ending to the whole "Life on Mars / "Ashes to Ashes" story.

One of the best dramas the BBC has made in years.

The feel good reunion at the end was all right i guess, nice to see both Charlie and Claire together. Was surprised to see Lapidus floating around in the water. Gonna miss Sawyer's great one liners.

I stopped watching it a while ago, but could anyone tell me what the **** was the deal with the statue of the foot?

Nothing too much, just an old statue that ancient inhabitants of the Island had built, and a ship crashed into it leaving only the foot... The location is kind of relevant in the series, not the statue itself...

I was watching Saved By the Bell: Hawaiian Style the other morning, and I have to say it is ******* retarded. Kelly like makes out with this evil lawyer who is two timing her grandfather, and he grandpa is totally fine with the arrangement. "Oh, my 27ish year old lawyer might bone my 16 year old grand daughter? And then dump her stupid ass when she leaves for home in a week? Sounds good!" Screech is the "returned king of the Pucookoo", a native Hawaiian tribe... and this plot line just doesn't need any mockery, it does just fine mocking itself. And then to make matters worse, Zach "falls in love" (literally, he says "I love her") after spending about 4 hours and two dates with this 22 year old engaged woman who lives in Hawaii with her 4 year old daughter. It's just like... what!? Here's a quote from when he's talking to Slater about it:

"You remember how much I cared for Kelly? Well with her it's even more than that."

Oh of course, like the girl you've had a crush on "since kindergarten" according to The College Years, dated for a year, and then cried over when she dumped you right before prom for Jeff? Her? This girl you've talked to for 4 hours means more to you than Kelly?

And speaking of Zach, I have to say he is one of the biggest beta males in TV. It's funny because he always gets the girl, but since they have to kind of treat his womanizing in an innocent way to make him a teen and pre-teen heart throb, he always acts like such a loser. He showers women with compliments, buys them **** all the time, falls in love, and NEVER HAS SEX. He totally gets by on his looks and popularity; at least until The College Years when the only girl he ever actually dates is Kelly... the only other girls I remember are Leslie (his suitemate, easy ******* pickings, and she still never really dates him) and the professional tennis player (who picks Screech!!! over him).

Oh, and Kelly Kapowski is still the perfect girl. I'd probably **** a 65 year old Tiffany Amber Thiessen if she aged 30 years over night.

Louie with and by Louis CK has been a good laugh so far. There's been three episodes and I really like the feel of the show.

I am ... they've not been bad ... the last ep was back to the sort of classic stuff seen in the early seasons, which is great ... but I thought "Attack of the Killer App" was crap ...

I wasn't crazy about any of the new episodes aside from the first one, although I found the 'robosexualism' episode really stupid. But I'll keep watching since they kept all the same voices. It still seems promising.


One other show I began watching is Archer. It's an animated series, only ten episodoes, but it's ******* hilarious.

yeah, Futurama is just not the right platform to make social and political commentaries for the immediately pertinent issues: Prop 8 -> Prop ∞? iPhone & Twitter -> eyePhone & Twitcher? and all of this is set in 3010? it just doesn't work ...

if they stick with the lighthearted creative fiction storylines, it'll remain a winner ...
