Common sense says Chelsea will win by a low margin. I dunno how Porto are doing but Chelsea look like they could even get a win out of Cech's hat. Also, everyone knows Ancelotti is here so we can win the CL. This is his chance to send the message that we're coming to the Bernabeu and we're going to win 3-0, if not more.

Drogba, Anelka, Lampard, Malouda, Ballack... who ******* cares, they all sound like more than competent goalscorers.

our team is still gelling given the new players around but I wouldn't go as far as saying we're weaker than last year...in fact this season we seem to have a deeper squad with extra quality but I guess we'll see about that later on.

1-0, Anelka scores in the 48th minute after Kalou messes up a pass, but the Porto defender doesn't control it and they both go for it, with Kalou winning and setting Anelka clear on goal, only for Helton to block it, and Anelka scores the rebound from a tight angle.

Not our best match, although for about 10 minutes in the first match I thought that we were playing on a level close to Cryuff's Total Football, with some excellent swapping and good passing going on. Carvalho was brilliant, as was Cech. Everyone was good when we dominated at first, but after that Essien and Iva made a few mistakes, and pretty much everyone found the terrain difficult to play on.

Porto played well and could've equalised a few times, but overall I'd say it's a fair result.
