game after game i'm getting more disappointed with Adriaanse...he started really well at the club, and he seemed the right person in the right place. now i'm haveing my doubts, not only he insists in Jorginho and Alan, who are the über sh!t atm, yet for some reason he decided to punish Diego and Ibson because of a less good performance in a cup game against a 2nd league team...

and subbing Assunção for Bruno Alves...how stupid can that be??

I agree, there were some really dumb calls today by the coach... pretty much like Man Utd - Benfica. The dutch coaches just don't seem to be ambitious enough for games like this.

If we play defensively we'll lose, because we don't know how to do it. If we push Inter to its own half and take 1/5 of our goal chances we can get away with a win here. If there's a good time to beat Inter it's now.

With Artmedia and Rangers no matter the result we keep attacking, dont bother with the defense and loose! A little bit of consistency and we would have won easily!
Yesterday he made the complete opposite! When we scored, instead of keep playing on the entire field, using their heads, with solid defending but always trying to push Inter back, we suddenly put 11 players behind the ball!

Anyway, here's what my best friend had to say about this match. It's in portuguese so I appologize in advance to all those who can't read it.

Viste-me aquele jogo? O que é que anda o Co a fazer??? O gajo não tem o mínimo de coerência: nos primeiros jogos a equipa atacava como se tivesse a perder por 10-0 com o Chelsea! Levou a 1ª vez no pêlo e disse q não mudava! Levou a 2ª e disse o mesmo! Depois da 3ª (com o SLBuraca) diz que não muda e no jogo a seguir... MUDOU! E mudou para tudo: até com o Setúbal jogou como se fosse o Inter!! Ontem a ganhar por 1-0 mete o autocarro, os sacos, as bolas de treino, o roupeiro o médico e as stripers em frente à baliza... O homem é só garganta, só letra!! Faz lembrar o Chocolari... Que desilusão... Achei fantástica aquela "nuance tática" de estar a ser sufocado e tirar um trinco (e melhor jogador em campo) para meter o Burro Alves...E o que dizer do nosso capitão (Iglo), Pedro Emanuel?? Penalti estúpido (parecia um iniciado... ou o Ricardo Rocha, como quiseres) e a seguir deixa um dos melhores cabeceadores deles cabecear à vontade... Onde vamos com um capitão assim?? Mas a melhor de todas foi do Raul Merdeles: o q estava a fazer dentro da baliza??? O que é que ele achava que ia evitar ali? Que a bola chegasse à rede? Que os adeptos nas bancadas (milhares...) vissem a bola entrar?? Há uma repetição fabulosa da movimentação na grande àrea em que se vê ele de boca aberta a olhar para a bola qd o canto é marcado, completamente a leste... E depois qd vê a bola na sua direcção em vez de chutar tenta ir com a barriga!!! Épico!!! Só resta falar de 2 "habitués" nestas merdas: Burrosingwa (incrível... tal como disse alguém num programa desportivo ontem, metade do jogo viu-se o Pepe - sim... o Pepe - a tentar explicar ao gajo onde devia estar e o q fazer... palavras para quê???) e Jorginho (deve ser o gajo que apanha os sabonetes lá no balneário e por isso tem sempre lugar... mas não consegue correr!). Ah, já me esquecia, o McCarthy tb anda a ver se não joga... E que tal o treinador fazer-lhe a vontade?? Já que ele quer e faz por isso, ia para a equipa B até ao final do contrato. Depois queria ver quem contratava um gajo de 29 anos que não joga à ano e meio...
