How did you guys get to change the formation? My formation is the standard 4-4-2, I'd much rather have a 3-5-2 or 2-4-3 if I could.

Anyway, I'd post my squad, but apparently I'm not able to save it as a normal picture, and too lazy to copy/paste/crop...

The formation changes when you bring in, for example, another midfielder for a defender.
