UEFA EURO 2016 Patch

I know this is lot larger project, but as fan of patches like this (more NT-s make fifa so much more worth to play) i just got to ask: will fifa 17 being unmoddable for time being mean that next patch (IF there will be one) will be for fifa 16 as well? I mean it wouldnt be worst place to build for world cup 2018 patch, as you already have decent ammount of national teams in here (UEFA, quarter of the way there already).

Almost all the 2015 Asian Cup host stadiums in Australia can be converted from Rugby Challenge and then all Asian national teams have their national stadiums available from PES6 - except for Guam.
We already have New Zealand's national stadium done, (Westpac Stadium), then there are only 5 other OFC national stadiums, American Samoa, Fiji, New Caledonia, Solomon Islands and Tahiti.
Then for Africa, almost all countries have their national stadiums; except for Burundi, Central African Republic, Comoros, Congo-Brazzaville, Guinea-Conakry, São Tomé e Príncipe, Somalia and South Sudan.
So I now have jschuck's RTWC2014 patch for FIFA13. If anyone can send me the first patch of the Copa Centenario 2016, this will be appreciated!

one thing:
the files are from the xbox360 version,
the stadium textures are kind of bugged if u want to edit them (if u open them with filemaster, ...)
but ingame it s ok if u dont change the textures
the ps3 version have normal textures,
but i dont have a good download source to get the files from...
this may be a problem if u want to convert it to fifa 16?

Does anyone have a copy of this patch that I released for FIFA12 before the UEFA EURO 2012 DLC came out? I need the anthem files from that patch which were originally from WC2010.
