Santino loses drug appeal.

Today Santino's drug appeal was denied by FIFA. The SG midfielder appealed an eight month ban for use of cocaine. At first, Santino appealed to the Canadian FA, but was denied. Santino then appealed to FIFA, who was denied again. Since FIFA have the highest ruling over any soccer authority, Santino can no longer appeal, hence forcing him to serve his worldwide ban. Santino will be eligible to play again on April 25, 2006.

How can I lose an appeal without taking a re-test?

SG's physio not performing his job properly which would mean my "problem" would get annulled.
