School started yesterday. Had to go to work at 7am till 11am. Then I had class from 12 till 5 then went back to work for 3 more hours. My classes go as the following

Europe in the 16th Century: Ok class. I like the professor and it doesn't look like it will take to much of my time.

Shakespeare: The professor is crazy. I'd love to read the plays but all the extra crap she's trying to give us has me considering dropping the class.

History of Mexico: The professor didn't show up for class yesterday. Instead a TA was there. I was 30 minutes late so I missed most of what happened so I don't know what to expect.

Vietnam War: Kind of strange. I probably will enjoy it. Tons of hot girls in this class including my friend with benefit.

Politics of the Black Community: Great professor and a very diverse class. I can't wait till we start having class discussions.
Wow, an much more interesting selection than we're allowed to take. Wish we could do Shakespeare over here.

In a few weeks, I'll be starting my third (and final) year at the Community College of Rhode Island. Yes, I know, it sucks big horse balls, but I have to start somewhere. Here are my classes for the fall semester:

Intro to Business
Intro to Literature
Psychology of Personal Adjustment (I'm taking a stab at it, b/c my schedule truncated the official name of the course, and it's prolly something completely different)
Intermediate Spanish I

This year, I'm taking all electives, as I've already gotten all my required courses out of the way, and barring disaster, I'll be transferring to a real university next year.

Physics 1

AP English lang. & comp.

Adv. Web page design- easy class, all I do is play flash games

Anatomy & physiology

Geometry

Algebra 3 - im going to change this class to something like Transition to college math for sure.

History/economics class- half a year of economics, and half a year of history I think. Not really sure, Its something I have to take.

Im really going to have to work hard to mantain my grades, yet stay on the team this year. Soccer practice started a week ago, and im already sure its not going to be an easy season. Its been 35 years since the program has started, so the coaches are hellbent to win the league again this year. We have 2 hour practices twice a day, we just spent an hour and a half of the morning practice doing conditioning. Which is why im switching out of Alg 3 into an easier math(im taking two anyway), dont wanna fail.

Algebra 3 could be Trigonometry/Pre-Calculus. We don't have Algebra 3 here but Trig/Pre-Cal follows Algebra 2.

I got up to Calculus AB my senior year although I should have had BC.

AP Calculus

But I dropped it halfway through the second semester because:

- I had to spend an hour and a half every day on homework (compared to 30 minutes a week for all my other classes combined)

- I realized my chances of passing the AP exam were slim

you like to talk when you're eating, but today you listen to him

i had this problem a lot last year, i went to our college library, and basically went to the nearest girl and asked really politely and pathetically if they could help me, worked 5 times on the trot!

Seriously, try it and ask them that you have no idea how sources work or anythiung, and they always help you!
