So As I said this in a previous post:
For those who don't know this, you can get the teams id from the chuzz website by viewing its source code (pressing F12), as this website is viewing only the teams of ultimate team, there aren't national teams:
and also as there isn't Rest of World in the website, they made some mini-leagues which its ids are undoubtly right, like the Turkish League, Greek League (Hellas Liga), South Africa League, and the others so it's nice to have these ids, here are they:

so after the database has been updated (not all players are listed there) we got rangers, and also the Scottish 3rd Division id so it's 2004, look:
And also, does someone have the complete player list from the 1st series episode where they began making the ids (FIFA 2002, 2003 or another?) until FIFA 06??
thanks, I hope I've helped many of you because for me creating a league, a team, a player with the right id makes the patch you make better even if it doesn't affect anything if FIFA never used it
Finally, I reuploaded the FIFA Manager 10 teams id (by Outsider 87) in mediafire:
