*Suspension Rule = 5
*Red Card Ban = 1
*Subs Allowed = 12
*Cup # = 9
*Fixtures = 2


-(4-4-2 for best starting squads and also so there is no
AI Advantages in regards to which formation is chosen)

-(All Teams Under User Control so you can choose who you want
to play against or play as)

-(12 Subs are allowed because if Injuries occur or formation changes
are desired and also to make sure the Top 250 players are out there)

-(Players based off latest Castrol Rankings [Video Link below with
Castrol using FIFA 11 to get there ratings] also on OVR Ranking
and players popularity)

Thank you soccer gaming for allowing me to post and thanks

to people's contributions here as well. I hope you

enjoy these tournaments. I have played and seen some

great games with these files. Not sure if they work w/

Hybrid Gameplay from Doctor+. Also not sure about regular cat's

db files but these are made from stock fifa db I don't see why they wouldn't

work. Simple Install and Load from within FIFA itself. Good luck Mates
