Note: this pack works only with Fifa America 2.0 patch
you need to delete (or comment) in stadium.lua the statement
"assignTournamentAdboard(XXX,XXX)" referred to Serie A Ecuador (otherwise you can't see mine adboards)
I dont' know the correct id fo Serie A League and generic adboard set by the authors of the patch (you have to looking for it)...but the statements inside my readme.txt are correct to assciate each adboard to each squad..
