'Unable to Connect'

Hey all

When attempting to play online, either with PES4 online launcher or just manually entering an ip, I always get the 'Unable to Connect' message when a client, and nobody can find me when I'm host.

I'm behind a router, but the firewall is off, all relevant ports opened when the firewall is on, and even DMZ mode on now. I've checked that my external ip is being entered when I'm host.

Any ideas on how I could fix this?
