uninstalling the patch made from cm 08

Is it possible to uninstall the patch done from creation master 08??
i tried 2 3 patches bt it shows error message and now i cant play fifa 08.plz help!!:clapwap:

lately i used fifa street patch from cm 08 and i cant substitute my players before and during game n if i play the fifa street tournament then the ball is invisible...any solutions plz...:-(

Usually when using CM08 it creates a backup file of your db and if something bad happens you erase the main db and you remain with your backup db,that s what I do when something goes wrong
