Unistalling flags patch

Does anyone know how to unistall the flags patch?

At first I really liked it but it doesn't work in every stadium. At some stadiums the flags are waving in the crowd and not above it as they should. It's really annoying to see that.

Problem is, how in the heck do I unistall it?
