Unlockable items?

can someone post how to unlock everything here,
ie- stadiums, balls, third kits
so people dont keep opening threads 4 the same questions

I'm guessing it's possible, but I haven't unlocked any of those yet.

balls are not unlockable...you have to play with certain team or a certain league (example: play with chelsea and umbro ball, play english lower divisions with mitre ball,...)

kits can be unlocked by beating a team and 3rd kits can be unlocked by beating every team in a certain league... How many times have we repeated this?!?

for stadiums I don`t know but I`ve read there are some hidden stadiums that can be unlocked with some editing...
