I've said it before and i'll say it now, when playing at their best Uruguay are a top 15 in the world team.

Carrasco has the team playing really well, and he kept his promise on enjoying the game.

i think Bolivia is the national team that have the biggest fall in the last 10 years. in 94 they were in WC now they are the worst team in CONMEBOL. i still remember great bolivian players like etcheverry, sanchez, trucco, cristaldo.
