This was a pretty good game but it had its bad moments, anyway it should of ended like 4-1 because towards the end of the match Galata missed some huuuuuuuuuge chances, oh well I'm happy for Hagi this is a good win for him.


Max Bretos is the biggest joke to ever speak, I mean here are some of the things he said today:

-Besiktas won the Turkish Championship last year
-Sporting is the most popular team in Portugal
-Shifty Petrescu coaches the new promoted club in the Turkish first division Sportul Studentesc (that's a Romanian club)
-etc.....

the man is an idiot, I think I'm gonna send an e-mail complaining to Fox (H)

Unfair result in this game, Porto showed some nice football(and better) in some parts of the game(specially in the first half) and Gala had some luck in the goals... anyway it's just pre-season and i think Porto's team in the future will be much more consistent defending and much better in the attack(our finishing was so poor!)... :rolleyes:

What are u crazy? Porto owned the first half but in the second half it was ALL Galatasaray they should have scored atleast 2 more, Umit missed 2 wide open chances and one play the ref called a offside when it wasn't even close, i have it on tape.

Anyway, the game was Awesome, great experiance and Galatasaray won. Roberto Song played very Well, he was a great suprise he helped the defence out alot. I'll be back later to post some pics, now its time to go win some money playing poker...

I went to he match and it was AMAZING! Petre and Necati played great as well as Hasan and Sukur. The commenter sucked, couldn't pronounce anything.

Galatasaray should have won 4 or 5-1. They missed so many big chances.

Well I think the game wasnt big , its a friendly. I cant wait to see their starting lineup and the bench when its all settled down. They have many good options.

Porto have a few weeks to improve thier team before the season starts, so I wouldn't worry too much.

4 or 5-1? What the hell are u smoking? I admit Gala had some good chances due to some huge mistakes of our defense but Porto in the first half could have scored at least 2 goals... it was just my opinion... anyway like i've said before it's just pre-season and i'm sure Porto will be better in the future, we have a new coach, a new tactic and LOTS of new players so i think only with some time we'll be at our best. But to be honest i still don't like the new tactic Del Neri is using, let's hope my complains about that disapear in the future... :rolleyes:

I just watched the highlights again. Hasan Sas was alone with the Porto keeper in the first half. Orhan and some other Galatasaray player were alone with the porto keeper in the 2nd half (Orhan missed from 2 meters) and Ümit Karan was alone with the keeper twice. He should have scored when he and Arif were alone with the porto keeper late in the 2nd half but his lob was too short.

That is 4 100 per cent chances.
