USA dominated this game big time. Mexico did not have anything to show last night:kader: Congrats US until Mex wakes up and starts playing everybody with respect and plays them like they are playing Brazil (Undefeated lately vs them) then that is when we will start winning. :mexican: VIVA MEXICO CABRONES. 2 more classics for me CHIVAS vs America and Chivas vs Atlas. Cant lose all of them right:confused:

This Mexico team reminded me of how they played under Meza during early qualifying in 2001. I remember how the lost 1-0 to Trinidad and got killed 4-0 in England during that time.

Then they got good again. Now they suck again.

Max Bretos is a piece of crap. Nick Webster does circles around Bretos.

As for the game I only watched the first ten minutes of it. I couldn't stand the mexican commentary and Comcast has been ******* around with my digital cable so I have to go back to the old box until they fix it.

Anyway good result for us but we have to find a place where Americans won't be out numbered 100 to 1 in the stands.

yea max bretos is ass pretty much.

anyway, we played well i think, but not well enough. for all the oppurtunities we had, the score shouldn't have been 1-0. We're not gonna dominate every game like this one, and if we had drawn, I would have been very angry.

I am always impressed by Hejduks workrate, but not his crossing ability.

But last night he played a hell of a game. I have to give him credit, and that move... if you haven't seen it, find a way. He even fooled my ass.

NEVER. They will bring up some game in the 50's or the Olympic tournament, or the Gold cup... both being home field advantages for their team by the way...

Either way, who cares what they think. They are pretty quiet now, so I think they get the point.

Any Mexican that doesnt admit that the US has caught up to us is lieing to himself....most, if not all Mexicans on this board, realize that. So where do you come up with the idea that we "dont want to admit it"....from a few posts from a couple of non-regular mexicans?

Dude, I could not agree more. I just don't know what the hell everyone sees in this kid. I've seen him play on several occasions and have never been impressed. When DC United played SJ, he failed to impress me until he got a pass and beat the gk.....then proceeded to miss the shot into a wide open net:rolleyes: Bobby Convey is wack...

I don't see why everyhates Max Bretos so much. He's a pretty knowledgeable commentator and he's lively, which I consider a plus.:)
