USB PS2 Converter Problem

Okey just installed FIFA 07, but the menus are going absolutley bizarre, now found out its down the USB PS2 Converter pad i have which ive never had any problems with in the past

Anyone else have this, or know how to sort it?

if you have the one off Play.com (like me), you must have two controllers plugged into the slots for it to work, I dont know why, but i found this solves it, and i can now play perfect
