if this happens it may be worst than keep DICK as coach. :kader: He's still not ready to take that responsability.

experience is overrated.. he was a great player and I am sure he knows what he is doing as a coach.. Valverde the coach for Athletic Bilbao had never coached a first division or second division team and when they promoted him to the first team coach everyone was talking about his lack of experience and yet.. Athletic Bilbao made it into the UEFA cup.
