Vancouver Whitecaps new stadium

Well over the last 4 months(about a month in total of work) ive been working on the Vancouver Whitecaps new stadium. the Vancouver Whitecaps are a Canadian team which play in the USL, one division below the MLS. Anyways ive built this in rhino3d for a school project but once its complete, i hope to import it into fifa 07. Its about 90% complete and there a few issues which i need to address. The most prominent one being the transparency of the windows, so if anybody knows how to make them transparent, would you mind helping me out. Here are some progress pics, bear in mind this is my first time using Rhino and i basically taught myself how to use rhino. Any critcism is welcome as long as its constructive.

Thanks! I forgot to mention that the stadium has yet to be built and im only using 2 concept pics to make this.
