From the 2.0 : The african teams of CL 2010 and maybe CAF Cup and also those who participated in the Nessma Cup (North African Cup of Champions and North African Cup of Cup Winners) (teams of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Libya)
and also in the 2nd or 3rd version the other champion leagues in the world

Because I'm waiting for CM11 to do more teams

But if you wants to do you will need more kitmakers or give only one-colored kits. You should colaborate with egyptian (ATE 87 and others) and tunisian makers here. I think that you are able do this big database after will be released Creation Master 11.

If you are able to do, It would be amazing.

I collected some kits from others (special thanks to you taraji, spuk, Nono2Cool, and others) but I prefer to begin it after the release of CM because it's so hard, (I already made 2 teams of Algeria (at 90 %) but,...) with DBM and if someone wants to make other leagues he's welcome but the real work will begin on March when I'll be on vacation. Then I'mgoing to begin with the algerian Ligue 1 Pro for the version 1.0. But i can collaborate with some team-player makers tom make some other teams and maybe leagues. Then in the summer (from May, 19th) the real work begins, we'll make the rest of african leagues + some libyan teams to make the nessma cup, then I plan to make all Champion leagues even with the teams of FIFA 11 of other continents and then the world cup

and I wanna release a bonus that I'll make myself : MO Bejaïa, it's the second club of my city that is playing in Amateur division (3rd div.)

If you can do Lybian league insted Ivory Coast league a agree with you. But i think that league of Ivory Coast is better than Libyan league. However, here is too much arabs which is able to do kits, logos and roasters. League of Ivory Coast is the most difficult to do. I know how to get information about Cameroonian league.
Nigeria is huge country and there are english-speaking people. Premier Soccer League of South Africa is very easy to search.

i only have a doubt on the errea logo at the sleeves, and also, the players' kits are different from one to other, that's what i noticed

I have found also NG style logos of teams that aren't figuring in the game, there, i found at least 3 african club logos:
