Yea, there's lots of little things like specific players qualities that are wrong but don't really ruin things.
After playing with it a tad, I'd say the most problematic thing is that every team plays the same. Sure, some players have extra speed and such but they get the ball a tad in their own half, chip it in to my zone with a long ball, they play it back and so on etc etc etc
Every team plays almost exactly the same.
It'd be great to have Italian teams play more defensively, others attack as to how they'd really play.
Yellow cards are tossed out too much as are reds. Just a little bit too much though. I can live with it.
Long ball breakaways rarely happen now. I used to be able to send a real long ball ahead and have Henry or Van chase it down past the defense. It almost never happens anymore which is a bummer.
Defensemen can get the ball a bit too easy from top strikers as well.
I also find it stupid that as soon as the goalkeeper gets the ball, I can't pressure him. You're sent back. EA should have allowed you to control your player right up to the keeper.
What would be a real cool addition of realism is for lines men to miss the occasional offsides call and to have certain players (that are usually prone to doing it) take dives near the box or when they get tackled. It'd be fun to have them roll around a bit more and when injured have to be taken to the sidelines.
I understand that fun is the primary concern and your patch does make the game much better. I guess the last things I added would be better added my EA (yea, good luck there).
