anyway try to make his forehead higher, the eyes closer to each other, fix the shape of the ears and make more uv-mapping on the lips ;)

i mean that you should make one face and not 4 faces at the same time!

I've made 6 textures of him, but i think, he looks ok!
what looks bad, and what is good at the face?
here i updated the headshape of guily
now i don't like him, but i don't know, how to improve his beard and so on!
