Video editing

Is there any software I can get that are good to make videos?
I'm gonna add pictures as well as small videoclips and add music. Any recommendations?

I've kinda lost touch with this stuff but my pal used to pull of some pretty cool vids with Macromedia Director There's something from Adobe as well that's good for editing.....Premier i believe

just use windows media maker, should already be installed in windows

it will be fine as long as you're not looking to make anything too special

I've used many movie-making programs, including Powerdirector which got the 1st place among this genre of programs... anyway..

The best, BEST program I found, is Sony's Vegas 6

Excellent.
But u'll have to find a good video tutorial to guide u thru.

I have used Pinnacle Studio. It's an effecient program
