You know the hardware that imports video from your VCR, camcorder, tv ,etc. Like Dazzle:


Do these things work well? I want to record some matches to my computer. What format does it end up in your computer? Mpeg? Is there anything better to record video onto your computer??

I havent treid anything like that, but friend of mine who makes a living from making DVDs from clinets who give him videos from all kinds of sources, digital and analog, he uses a professional video card. They are the way to go, if you can afford one.
