If there was anyone to break the bad luck spell between Arsenal players and La Liga it would be Viera. But it's possible he can end up like Overmars, Petit and Anelka, as "once great players"

personally i'd like to see vieira stay at arsenal and see what that core group of players there can do in the next few years....although they do need to make some additions to that squad.

however, if vieira does go to real madrid, i wouldn't be surprised at all. he's exactly the type of player they need and if there's one thing about real, never take what they say seriously.
