i thought geremi was more of a wing-back although championship manager has described him as a "rapid winger".

oh and you left out desailly and barbaryo (sp?) although with bridge in por old celestine wont get much of a chance now.

That is usually true, but this is Vieri. Not a more easily replaceable midfield or defender. He would still be the top striker for the Italy squad. No one else is close to his class in that position.

If this is true I will fokking puke. First Ronaldo (I know he wanted to leave) but now this. The Vieri Crespo partnership is so lethal. Maybe they are trying to get the most money for him while they still can. But he is one of the most dominant strikers (if not the most) in the game and they just got Van der Meyde and Luciano to provide crosses. If they want to win some trophies and not just "be competitive" then they should not sell Vieri. WTF are they thinking. If it happens then will be truly depressing, money ruining the fokking game. Sh!t man!
